Oregon Fall Poultry Swap 2014 Saturday, October 11th 9am - 4pm Benton County Fairgrounds Indoor Arena Dirt floor (animals and crafters): 10x10 spaces = $25 no power/$30 power 10x15 spaces = (SOLD OUT) Crafter spaces on the concrete - (SOLD OUT - Waitlist started) All spaces come with one 8ft table and event insurance coverage. Early set up on Friday including cooping in available. Extra tables available to rent - $10 each. Required if you are bringing animals: $10 REFUNDABLE cleaning deposit per space. Required: ALL Animal vendors - tarp larger than your space. NO hay/straw is allowed for bedding or decorations - food purposes only. Unwanted spaces come back to the Oregon Fall Poultry Swap to be resold. Reasons: 1) Your vendor fee pays for not only your space, but the processing time to set you up as a vendor. 2) The Oregon Fall Poultry Swap must approve all vendors prior to selling them a space.
