Orlando Fire Department retirees and current members remember their days at The Pride of Parramore, Number 2, Fire Station 2, The Duce, Firehouse 2. Different names and two buildings but serving Orlandos West for 90 years (occupied in late 1924) from the corner of Parramore and Central. A firehouse is the only thing that has been on the property since it was a family farm. Now the victim of progress, the new soccer stadium will occupy the space.
