Our President of India consider on Humanitarian ground in the interest of Nation under Article 53 of the constitution of India India got independence on 1947 and Adopt Enactment constitution on 1950 After Adaptation of the Constitutions of India Representation of Act 1943 infrastructure First time Election in India after freedom 1952 as per Article 325 one time for house & State legislative as per Representation of the People Act, 1950; (43 of 1950). & 1.Short title. This Act may be called the Representation of the People Act, 1951 Who made law Parliament made law after 1952 both Act become infrastructure As per Preambles of the Constitution of India & Article 325 Our System is based on Democratic & Republicans .Therefor Election Commission of India should issue two Election Symbols one for Democrats another for Republicans .any political party or any individual Either join Democrats or Republicans & one time Election for Central govt and States Govt but Govt of India Election President of India & Vice President of India are indirect election therefor they are not mention in Article 325 Impact of present system in India how many people died how much our country wasted money in election since 1952 ? Just see USA got freedom 1857 & USA is no one in world & Developed country in world every one from world want to setup in USA Why not India adopt same system which is in our constitution of India as per preambles & Article 325 -
