Our Second Amendment has no exceptions. The gun grabbers focus on the first part of the amendment, the militia part, which is only a statement of fact for the defense of a nation by the people. Is not a right, it is not a mandate, nor is it a restriction on the people. The actual right mentioned and the purpose for the second amendment, is found in the second part of the amendment. The right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed, is the right and purpose of the second amendment, period. Can you see any restrictions in those very simple to understand words? I do not. Every law that restricts this right to keep and bear arms, is an illegal unconstitutional law which should be ignored if you want to do so.
