Our U11s had another competitive game under lights in Carriganore on Friday evening. This game, against Roanmore, was in the balance up to the final quarter when our lads pulled away with some great scores. Gavin Daly made some great saves in goal and did well with his puck outs. In the backline, Michael OConnor, Niall de Barra, Shane Reade and Keith Millea (1 goal) defended well. Cian Bolger (2) and Devin Keogh and Rory Dobynn worked their socks off in midfield. In the forwards Jack ODonnel (3), Aaron Cheasty (2), Conor OBrien (1) and John Paul Smith got the better of their opponents. Well done to all our players. Next week its the turn of our U10s to play in Carriganore.
