Our best time percentage on day four of the Sectional Championship meet in Columbia, Missouri wasn’t quite up to our 70% average today, but still came in at a respectable 56%. All three of today’s events saw new team records in the 13-14 Girls Age Group: Luciana Thomas – 200 IM, Martina Thomas – 50 Freestyle, Taylor Pike – 1500 Freestyle. That was a 43 second improvement for Taylor while John Parmer took off 39 seconds in his 1500. The most impressive improvement of the day, however, might have been the almost seven seconds Jared Crosby dropped in his 200 IM to move up forty places from what he was seeded. Our Girls 400 Medley Relay goes into tonight in eighth place with two heats to go while our Boys 400 Medley Relays are in third and eighteenth. Qualifying to swim tonight were Jared Crosby (B Final of 200 IM), Gage Crosby (A Final of 200 IM), and Carly Holland (C Final of 50 Freestyle) while Jason Hunt swims in the evening heat of the 1500 Freestyle.
