Our caretaker is either mysterious or pretty funny. Every time that I meet him, he looks at me as if I had caught him in the act of doing something that he´s not supposed to do. Yesterday we met in the elevator. The door opened and he stood in there, brushing the carpet-like walls of the elevator. I mean, ok, I can imagine that "brushing the walls of the elevator weekly" is a part of your working contract - or that it´s just fun. So why not do it? In the end we both decided to pretend that nothing about the situation is strange. So we had a nice chat going 13 floors down. Or how much floors there really are. Have to ask him about that the next time!
