Our closing question in developmental psychology was, do you believe in eternal life?, and as I listened to all of the answers given around the room, I heard nothing but fear in everyones voices. I am not certain in an afterlife. I doubt that Ill ever feel concrete about an afterlife. What I do know is this, in this life, the most important thing we can accomplish is the answer to one question; did I lead a worthy and fulfilling life? If nothing else, live every day as if you have to answer this question honestly. Do I make a difference in someones life? Do I put forth MY best effort? Am I happy? Do I make others happy? When Im gone, will people remember me for my passion, drive, and happiness I brought others? This is how I live MY life. I do not look for a reason or an answer in anything else, because the only drive I need is knowing that this life is a gift in of itself, and it is not to be taken for granted. Above anything, believe in YOURSELF. ✌️
