Our cousins Bartolo and Angelina Locantro- these two beutiful love birds have so much passion for life and love for the family they are typical sicilians that came from sicily in the fifties and work hard to support the family here and back sicily Bartolo and Angelina for over 20 they had the own catering and wedding reception hall the reason why im writing this apart for having so much respect for each other and careing -some of the best dishes I ever tasted and had from - fish meats pastas game dishes and pickled olives sweets home made wine and spirits lemonencello you name it they know how to make it and they never attended any sort of college or school to learn how to cook they learnt from generation to generation hand down recipes and having the passion to cook --the daughter Nancy and her son Massimo followed the grandparents footsteps both chefs and owners of their own cafe in Sydney in eastwood called Riviera when ever we visit bartolo and angelina at home in sydney I worry that im going to explode from over indogement of the tastie dishes beutiful we love them
