Our dear friend Nathan Winters of Hill Hollow Farm passed away yesterday. He was an adventurer and a real food activist, also a husband and a new dad. He helped us get on our path with The Perennial Plate and gave us food and a bed on his farm during our cross-country travels. He will be missed. We are heartbroken for his family, send them love, and read some of his words from his solo bike across the US, visiting small farms. Apparently life can be cut short, but Nathan really lived. follownathan.org
