Erna was the matriarch of the Gardner family, living a very full and long life dedicated to her husband, her children, grand children, and great grandchildren. She was a smiling and powerful family presence, a business woman, family counselor, and optimistic lady whose enthusiasm and grace were a source of inspiration for all who knew her. She met the adversity and challenges of life with a strength of purpose, faith in God, and the blessings of being surrounded by a loving and supportive family who loved Grandma Erna. Her family will be gathering over the next few days to celebrate her life and mourn her passing. The deep sadness felt by so many is a testament to a great woman who will be deeply missed but never forgotten. She leaves a legacy of family love and memories that all will cherish and draw upon to remember her with adoring smiles and appreciation for her being a part of their lives.
