Our first 84 Asana workshop last Saturday was so much fun! I will be teaching each workshop slightly different so that I, as well, may learn how best to convey the information to all levels of student. Please know that this is not an advanced class, though there are some more challenging postures , I will be teaching modifications for different ability level. As long as you have a foundation in the Beginner 26 series you can do this! Next workshop is Saturday, Jan. 25th @ 11:30am. Please register online or at the Studio as space is limited. Cost is $30 ( or $18 if you did last week). Class is 2 hours, room will be warm, not hot. It is best to wear capris or leggings. Please bring an extra large and small towel. You may also bring yoga block and strap. Next workshops will be Feb. 1st & 8th @ 11:30.
