Our friend of ours from our English church in San Salvador is part of a non-profit organization that helps many people that live on an Island here in El Salvador. They have been going and visiting the people on the island for years. She had asked Jim Bo and I to join her this weekend and we were excited to go and have this experience. We decided to take our reading glasses to share with the people, which turned out to be successful as it usually is. There is one bad thing about going to an island. 1. You load the stuff in the bus. 2. You unload the stuff from the bus. 3. You load the stuff in a boat. 4. You unload the stuff from the boat. 5. You carry the stuff to the location where you will be meeting. Yep we were tired!!!! But so worth it!
