Our gorgeous little 11 year old Sophie did her first ever EA Horse Trials this weekend at Candlebark. It was her first ever competition on the gorgeous Dreamy who was wonderful all weekend. After a lovely dressage warm up Sophie realised that she had learnt the wrong test (oops Mummy needs glasses) and had to learn a new test within only minutes. She jumped double clear with a few time penalties in the cross country and finished 10th overall and there was not another kid in sight. Thank you Sally Morrison for giving our little girl the privilege of riding a wonderful horse. Thank you to Mary from The Dancing Horse Shop for Sophies gorgeous jacket and stock and thank you to Belinda from BeStitched Embroidery Aust for working so hard to have Sophies new saddle blanket and rugs ready this weekend. Thanks Darren Green for helping Sophie learn a new test at the last minute and thanks to the wonderful volunteers who ran such a great event at Riddells Creek. We are very proud of our little girl and are looking forward to you and Dreamy sharing many fun times together.
