Our incredible Karma Rescue Education team visited 150 6th-8th graders at Aveson Middle School. Karma spoke of the importance of spay/neuter/microchipping, animal overpopulation, and responsible pet ownership. As part of the school focus on social leadership, the school is starting a Karma Rescue-inspired club to help homeless animals through donations, community messaging, and volunteerism! We are so excited that the students are eager to get involved with their community in this way. Here are a couple pictures of the students with Karma alum Petey, whose story of abuse was very impactful. Petey loved all the attention and took every opportunity for kisses and snuggles from the students!
