Our internet (DSL) and land line both cut out at the same time for the 2nd day in a row. Our provider for both is Frontier Communications. We live in a rural valley with no cell reception (Verizon). So: to report the problem I had to hike a 1/4 mile up the hill to get one or two bars. Then I was ON HOLD for 32 minutes before I got the correct person ... the problem seems intermittent ... it is working at the moment :-)
