Our place has faced a disaster of unimaginable proportions. There has been loss of life, people have been rendered homeless, the destruction to property is beyond count. It will take years to rebuild what we have lost. But what is heartening to observe in this moment of grief is that people from all walks of life are coming together to help. People irrespective of caste, creed, colour and faith are coming together and helping each other out. Complete strangers are working together for sending relief. The kashmiri diaspora outside the state and outside the country are getting together and trying to help their people back home in every possible way. People across India are also contributing to help the state of J&K in these trying times. I pray to Almighty that he eases the hardship of those who have faced the brunt of natures fury and I know the rebuilding of J&K is going to be a very tough task but Insha Allah, I am hopeful that we will overcome these difficult times. #KashmirWillRiseAgain
