Our sons are not defective and should STOP being treated as such. They have a right to keep all the healthy parts of their body that they where born with. Foreskin is not a birth defect, it is there for a reason. It should not be remove at birth so that they are more sociably accepted, to look like their father, prevent disease or infections, or any of the reasons people use to justify circumcising a child. There is very rarely a medical need to circumcise. There are other treatments but because our society(U.S.), is so ignorant about the form/function of foreskin and how to care for it, circumcision is usually seen as the first(and sometimes only) option. intactamerica.org/resources/decision ~Jamie
