Our team was invited to conduct life skills classes with a vulnerable community and a two day workshop with leaders in the community here. The workshop is designed to train people who can then go and train the people in their community to prevent human trafficking on the front lines. The life skills classes are with people from the community to teach them about trafficking and how to avoid becoming a victim. We were able to train seventeen women from the community in a life skills class last night and thirty-nine leaders, influential people in the community, and students from the US in the workshop today. Looking forward to the remaining life skills classes and the second day of the workshop tomorrow!
