Out of curiosity has anyone else had issues with the Scappoose post office lately? Ive been waiting on a package, and today I just happened to be outside when the mail person came. They left a sorry we missed you note in the box, not even trying to deliver the package or getting out of their car to try to knock and see like they had already decided to not deliver it. Apparently this issue has happened with my best friend and his packages through usps as well. I was just wondering if there was a reason they wouldnt deliver it, or....? If someone more in tune with the post office could explain it to me Id be super appreciative!!! (Im not trying to complain, just see if others have had my same experience)
