Out of the 20 inmates who started our alternative classes inside prison- approx 15 have shared with the class how they felt when they were first detained in jail. Safe to conclude that more than half the class had severe panic attacks on that first night. One of them chuckled and said, konsensya ko siguro yon Maam, first time ko lang kasi narinig yung boses ng konsensya ko,,,, baka kasi nahuli ako. 7 years involved in prison work makes me learn so many things.
