Out with the bad and in with the good. It takes discipline and desire to make certain changes in your life. Like eliminating all things toxic: habits, foods, substances, thoughts, personalities... Everything in moderation, right?. Yes. I partake in certain things now and then. I even sit and chew on my toxic thoughts now and then. But I am finding that the less toxicity I have in my life, the happier and healthier I am. It is working for me and I like it a lot!
