Outcome Architecture part 3: Value it! Why is it important to us? What has made you choose this outcome? Why is it so important to you? To truly be motivated to achieve success we really need to know what has generated our passion in the first place. Only then can we truly understand why we need to follow this path. The second most difficult element of self-achievement is continuing to generate the thrust required to maintain focus and effort when faced with our old foes – complacency, apathy, challenge and fear. These four deadly adversaries can appear at any time and shake our momentum. However when we know our purpose we create a laser like focus which keeps us on track regardless of what barriers and obstacles are thrown in our way. Many personal drivers include… To make a difference? To generate a change in society? To provide security? To be the best in business? To create something unique? To be known as an expert in the field? To become wealthy? To be happy and satisfied? To enjoy freedom of choice? So to discover your purpose you must ask yourself the following questions.. What is important to you about achieving this outcome? What will it give you? Why is it important? How will you know when you have achieved it? *Note: Perhaps look at what you don’t want instead as this may be a more powerful route for you?
