Oven Fried Bisquick Chicken A favorite at our house. I got this off of a box of bisquick about 30 years ago and have been making it ever since. Author: Turns Total Time: 1 hrs Yield: 1 (490 g) Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins Ingredients: 3 lbs chicken, cut up 2/3 cup bisquick 1 tablespoon butter 1 1/4 teaspoons salt 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika 1/4 teaspoon pepper Directions: 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. 2 Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan in the hot oven. 3 Mix dry ingredients together very well and coat chicken. 4 Place chicken skin side down in hot butter and bake 35 minutes; turn and bake another 15 minutes.
