Over 2 years ago I decided to take my fitness to another level! I have 6 more workouts to hit my milestone of 500 documented and tracked workouts (not counting krav) . I should hit that goal next week! My goal was to do it before 50, Im 90 days ahead of plan. Yes! How should I celebrate?? For those that have said I have motivated you...your comments have motivated me more! Believe it or not, I dont actually like the hard work, I just like the hard results.
