Over IT Arrive Beijing, luggage missing. Luggage delivered the next evening. Return Arrive Beijing airport, informed plane to hong kong has been cancelled and they are trying to find another plane. Plane turns up and leaves 2 hours later than scheduled, as a result we miss connecting flight from HKto Cairns. This was Cathay Pacific & Dragon Air. We are told the earliest flight they can give us is with Qantas 8.30pm next day to Melb, then Melb to Cairns. Suppose to arrive Cairns 4:30 So are given a hotel room and meals, but not our luggage . This is not so bad as its a good hotel with great food. Also we got a few hours around HK. Ok so we catch Qantas 8:30 from HK to Melb Plane is late getting to Melb and half our luggage is missing, as a result we miss connecting flight to Cairns. So we are given flights Melb to Brisbane and Brisbane to Cairns. Supposed to Leave Melb Plane is late arriving Brisbane so miss flight to Cairns So given a later flight to Cairns leaving 8:05pm and arriving 10:30pm Plus 2 $20 vouchers to spend on food at the airport, very generous aye. Still waiting Brisbane Yet to see if we arrive Cairns today with luggage
