Over the next two days I will be writing 6 lesson plans.. so in hopes of cutting down my think time so that I can speed up my write time, Im opening up my assignments to suggestions because there are so many of you who have followed the path of Teaching :o) Assignment 1: Choose a childrens book (K-3) design 3 lesson plans 1. Word recognition, phonics, or concepts of print 2. Phonological or phonemic awareness 3. Oral reading fluency Assignment 2: Choose a childrens book (4-6) design 3 lesson plans (multiple books can be used for these lesson plans) 1.Vocabulary 2. Critical reading 3. Reading Comprehension(including literal, inferential, and evaluative/applied levels). *Explain how technology and a comprehension monitoring system are incorporated into each of the lesson plans. SO.. if anyone has any suggestions (books, activities, etc.) that they would like to throw out there..
