Over the past three years, Drummond Street has completed a number of policy papers for the Department of Social Services (formerly FAHCSIA) who hold responsibility for Child Support Policy and Legislation (the Department of Human Services is responsible for service delivery of the Child Support Scheme). Our policy papers are based on feedback we receive from community members about their experiences. This feedback, via online surveys and focus groups, has been invaluable to inform government policy.
