Over the past weeks I have spoken with you about our grieving - TopicsExpress

Over the past weeks I have spoken with you about our grieving hearts, heart ache, sorrow and stress, which doesnt seem very in the spirit of Christmas, does it? But, we are brought together at this time of year to recognize the joy of our saviors birth. We also recognize that he died for us. We have all lost someone we loved in our life. I’ve talked about the empty chairs and how we fill them and have discussed ‘good grief’. I looked for the good in grief and found love and I looked for the joy in sorrow. Many of my readers have also shared with me some of their journey and how they honor the ones we’ve lost. In this video I shared with you a little bit more and also how the military honors those who are missing in action (MIA/POW) and the veterans that have lost their lives. A gift this year would be to see every one of you reclaim your joy, passion, self-worth and embrace your reality whatever it may be. Take Santa, for example, in the movie from “A year without a Santa Clause”, where he started out quitting his beloved job, was sick and depressed, then...eventually, recognized his value...there all the time. We each have passions, purposes and great missions! Lets not miss a day! Have a Merry Christmas and a blessed holiday season! Dr. Anna
