Over the years I have been accused of having a #BentRow fetish by a number of my #strengthtraining clients. Well, I would have to say that they are dead-on and here is why: 5 Reasons Im Obsessed with Bent Rows 1. Performing bent rows with the #propertechinque can dramatically improve muscular balance between the anterior (frontline) and posterior (backline) musculature of the #upperbody. 2.
