Owners who took out insurance with Allianz Insurance to cover their apartments will have their policy renewed automatically. Allianz has really been prompt in dealing with the few claims that were submitted - like ceilings. Plus, by so many owners having taken out a policy with Allianz, means that it keeps the monthly premiums at a very reasonable amount for ALL owners - dont you agree? Im waiting to hear from FMG about New sign ups for this insurance policy - there has to be a cut-off date to keep the renewals of insurance tidy. Bit chaotic (admin wise) if start dates are to be calculated months apart. So if there are owners who have not previously taken out this insurance, and would like to.......... let me know so FMG can include you in the same submission. How many owners had notification about the renewal of their Allianz policy on 7th November 2014?
