Oxfam study shows richest 80 own $1.9 trillion (up 49% in 4 years) against $1.8 trillion ( down 29%) owned by the bottom 50% of the world. I have no issues with people getting richer however not at the cost of the bottom half of the world. We have to find a more human way to reward entrepreneurs and business leaders. More importantly they have to demonstrate more compassion by including more people in sharing their success starting with their employees. I wonder why every employee should not own a small share in the company they work in? I wonder why every employee does not deserve a small percent of the growth in share value? I wonder why we cant have an inclusive growth rather than a growth in wealth at the cost of many? I wonder why!!
