P-R-A-Y-E-R-S as an Acrostic of Seven basic Prayer Petitions… Matthew 6:9-13 The following are seven basic prayer petitions that the LORD Jesus Christ teaches us to pray using P-R-A-Y-E-R-S as an acrostic … The LORD Jesus Christ teaches us to pray as the follows: (9a) After this manner therefore pray ye: (This an is example how and what to pray, not a prayer that is to be vainly repeated.) Perception of God’s holiness on earth: (9b) Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed (holy) be thy name. (To perceive God’s holiness is to understand and experience, by faith, His person, power, purpose, passions, protection, profundity, and perfect sovereign will…) Revelation of God’s spiritual and millennial kingdom: (10a) Thy kingdom come. (Through the salvation of sinners God’s spiritual kingdom is birthed in the hearts of believers; as well as, there is coming a day after the Rapture of the Church and the seven year Tribulation Period that Jesus Christ will come as KING of kings and LORD of lords and sit on His earthly millennial kingdom throne here on earth. Even so, come, LORD Jesus. Amen.) Apprehension of the perfect sovereign will of God: (10b) Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. (It must be are moment by moment quest to walk, by faith, after, in, and by God’s perfect sovereign will according to the dictates of the Scripture and divine direction of the Spirit. Anything else is to either walk in sin or one’s self-righteousness, which is also a sin of self-deception.) Your daily physical needs of life being met: (11) Give us this day our daily bread. (God withholds no good thing from those who ask for such according to His sovereign perfect will and for His sole glory, His spiritual, scriptural, and supernatural manifestation.) Experiencing of the realization of the forgiveness of sins and to be forgiving of others: (12) And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. (Although the shed blood of LORD Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin, for its benefits to be personally realized it must be applied, by faith. In our confession of sin and claiming, by faith, God’s promises of forgiveness of sin, the believer experiences the spiritual, scriptural, and supernatural reality of forgiveness. Some of such promises are: Ephesians 1:7and 1 John 1:9.) Righteous living and victory over sin: (13a) And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: (1 Corinthians 10:13, which should be Claimed in prayer, by faith, says: There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.) Sensing of God’s manifested spiritual kingdom in all its spiritual, scriptural, and supernatural splendor: (13b) For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen. (The LORD inhabits the praise and the giving of thanks of the believer. Praise and give thanks unto the LORD continually. Praise and give thanks unto the LORD regardless of your situation or circumstance. Praise and give thanks unto the LORD as your sense, by faith, the manifestation of His spiritual kingdom within you with all its spiritual, scriptural, and supernatural splendor.)
