P. aeruginosa is one of the bacteria present in many of the medical centers & hospitals that we hear of fighting superbugs and being an opportunistic bacteria, it infects people with compromised immune systems. As Cinnamon verum has been found to kill this bacteria it is reassuring to know that hospitals are beginning to use essential oils to naturally kill infection. As Cinnamon verum is an oil that comes directly from nature, it is an oil that will never be completely replicated during processing as a plant is as individual in their genetic make up as you and I. It is this diversity that will give the essential oil the advantage over cloned chemical compounds as the bacterium will not be able to adapt to the diversity of the uniqueness of the natural oil as it can to a cloned version. Cinnamon verum is the Cinnamon found in Young Livings Cinnamon Bark essential oil and also in their blend of Thieves essential oils and products.
