"PAP MP Lee Bee Wah suggested that the tightening of the foreign worker policy may have been a factor in the ceiling collapse at JEM shopping mall earlier this week which injured three people. She was talking about the poor quality of construction and said that it was likely to be due to cost cutting as well as the lack of manpower caused by the tightening of foreign labour." Is she talking rubbish?
