PARK For urban residents like Metro Manila and Cebu City, plaza is very,very necessary.It is a place,where people can relax and retreat from daily pressure,just to make a living.In fact,public schools are compelled by LAW to establish PARKS AND PLAZAS.I am very proud to tell that Compostela Central School, where i graduated from elementary has the best playground. Psychologist would always remind govt. and school authorities the vital role of PARKS AND PLAZAS in the development of a child. The social aspects of child growth,is adequately taken care of, if PARKS are preserved. My informant told me, that anytime the building will be constructed, through DPWH surpervision. Kalooy sa PARK, diin, ako magdula sa gamay pa ako.
