Sometimes taking a step back and focusing on your rep quality will get you further than just grinding. Week one on the latest training @ Stronger Athletics. 2 cruisey high bar squats at 170. Yes I could have gone for 190 or 195.. But there would be some deterioration of form. So instead, Im training smart and will slowly increase the weight each sesh, aiming to nail 195 x 2 in week 4. This way, I get the same benefits without the aches, pains and niggly injuries. #strongerathletics #strongishealthy
