PAY CLOSE ATTENTION: 1:45, Initial take down without physical violence by Garner, it takes 5 officers to take down a non violent person. 2:00, Garner is obviously down on the ground at this point, He states in clear audio i cant breathe multiple times at which point the officer wearing a green shirt with #99 on his back pushes Garners head into the ground even harder. 3:33, An officer checks Garners pulse and the officers make no attempt to inform ems about a possible medical emergency delaying life saving medical care. 4:45, EMS finally arrives in no clear rush as to Garners unresponsive and clearly diminishing condition. 5:25, Garner is finally loaded onto a gurney not breathing and carted away. Stop at 5:30 Key points observed: Why was this man mentally wrestled into a confrontation to justify physical action by police for a simple ticketable offense. How did over a dozen officers arrive on scene so fast in a manner seemingly excited there might be some action while upon medical services arriving the female EMT is clearly not very concerned with Garners unresponsive condition. Why were proper police and medical procedures ignored, The choke hold which is used on Garner made illegal in NY in 1992. The EMTs did not apply an oxygen mask to Garner as I saw he wasnt breathing. To me my fellow Americans, This is a clear case of excessive force and blatant disregard to a human life by many official persons. In recent times with the volume of cases like this taking place, the grand jury what looks like to me is stirring the pot to make citizens look violent uneducated and rebellious because of decisions made by higher up private citizens to not scrutinize practices by their attack dogs/ hired muscle so as to retain a hold of terror yes i said terror over the American public that keeps people afraid to STAND UP AND SPEAK UP.
