PDP SAYS NO TO ALL FORMS VIOLENCE; MOB V FAYEMI FAYEMI THUGS ATTACKED MICHEAL OPEYEMI BAMIDELE AGAIN: You will recall that Honourable Micheal Opeyemi Bamidele was some time attacked by the thugs of Ekiti State Governor, John Kayode Fayemi months ago when the honourable was paying one of his constituent a visit at Igede Ekiti, the headquarter of Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government. The assault took a new twist yesterday when Honourable Michael Opeyemi Bamidele was attacked by the same set of thugs led by Deji Adesokan (popularly known as JARULE) and Niyi Adedipe (aka Apase, The factional leader of OPC Gani Adams faction in Ekiti State). The attacked came while honourable Micheal Opeyemi Bamidele was attending a burial ceremony reception at his home town Iyin Ekiti. It will interest you to note that, Honourable Micheal Opeyemi Bamidele was a special guest of honour at the ceremony. The environment was peaceful as many people surrounded Micheal Opeyemi Bamidele to cheer him and assure him of their support until Jarule and Apase drove in with thugs and cutlasses in two cabster buses and two hilux utility bus belonging to Ekiti State Government to intimidate, harass, and attacked the honourable who is gaining more popularity on daily basis amidst the electorates. They were however disarmed by angry Iyin youths at the event as they were pursued from gaining access to the area where the honourable was seated. To make matter worse, Jarule and Apase carried cutlass to attacked the youths but were massively resisted and over powered by the die hard youths who are resolute to protect their responsible son Micheal Opeyemi Bamidele. It is paramount to remind you that Deji Adesokan aka Jarule is a special adviser to the governor on internal security. Micheal Opeyemi Bamidele later walked from the venue of the programme to his residence amidst cheers from crowds and passer by. While briefly reacting to the incident, He advised his supporters to maintain calm and maintain order even amidst provocations agents of intimidations. He therefore appreciates the teaming crowd for the support and believe in the Bibiire agenda.
