I have paid you twice IN ADVANCE as you REQUIRED me to BUT you have not complied to your obligations 100% and on timely manner.. Message to you on June 27, 2014 stating the issues: Hi Arvin.. Nag observe muna ko for few days before ako magtxt sayo... My observations are: 1. Bulbs are not consistent... The high beam bulbs turn on now... Later it wont... I have to re-swtch on most of the time. Wala naman load sasakyan ko very basic not even HU... No sounds set up... 2. Colors of the angel eyes different from the lowbeam proj. A little yellowish... Also namention ko na parang sunog or may rust ung eyes day 1 palang. 3. Colors of the HID.. Magkaiba ba ng temp/kelvin ung nilagay mo? Also iba rin sya sa lowbeam.. 4. Old ballast ko ung nilagay mo so i still need to get the ballast from u. And my old HID, pending parin from u. **ni let go nalang namin ung pinag antay mo kami from 4pm up to 1:30am... Ok na un it happens alam kong busy ka pero not gud customer service bro... **hard earned money ung binayad ko sayo in advance so i expect good service kasi nga d nmn me mahirap kausap sa pera... Busy ka i know and so am i sir coz i am working... Magtulungan nlng tyo para maayos to and no bad stuff...
