PESHAWAR - Jamaat-e-Islami Chief Sirajul Haq has said that 180 million people of the country are fed up with the existing system and want to break the status-quo. Jamaat will introduce a uniform education system and medium of education will be national language across the country. Our country has no dearth of resources but unfortunately rampant corruption and culture of nepotism and favoritism in government institutions has turned the country into a poor State, Siraj said while addressing a ceremony of collective marriages organized by Al-Khidmat Foundation Peshawar at the JI provincial headquarters Al Markaz Islami here Saturday. Siraj, who is also member of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, said that their party believes in doing politics as a sacred task. We will practically enforce the statement of Quaid-e-Azam to turn Pakistan into a role model state for the rest of the world, Siraj vowed. He also informed that a baseless and negative propaganda against Islamic Sharia was also made by the Jewish lobby, but that will never succeed. We will free the human beings from the slavery culture by enforcing Islamic Sharia system in the country, he said. The JI amir also said that they will never privatize the national entities like Steal Mills, PIA and OGDCL, rather they will stand by the poor people, laborers and hard workers and oppressed class against the capitalist system.
