***** PHOTO CONTEST NOW OPEN ***** 2014 SIBERIAN INDIAN DOG CLUB CALENDAR PHOTO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES Hit us with your best Shots! We are accepting photo entries for the 2014 Siberian Indian Dog Club calendar competition. A “First Place” prize of an official Siberian Indian Dog Club sweatshirt (gold with black SIDC logo image on the front), of any size, and a free calendar will be awarded to the individual who submits the winning front cover image for the calendar. All other photos will be listed on the calendar as the photographer. Eligibility: The Siberian Indian Dog Calendar photo contest is open to all legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older. Those under 18 years of age must have a parent submit the photo(s) for them (credit will be given to the named photographer regardless of age). Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contest begins on November 9, 2013 and ends on November 24, 2013. There is no entry fee. How to Enter: Read the complete photo submission guidelines. Follow the instructions and send each photo in an individual email message with the Photo Contest in the subject line. In the body of the email include the subject, location, your name, address, and phone number and the name of the photographer, if different. Email to: sidogclub@gmail For good image quality and fast upload, each photograph should be submitted in .JPG format and be between 2 MB and 5 MB in size. Please limit your submission to 10 images. We will contact the winners and ask if a higher resolution photo is available. By submitting images, participants warrant that the submitted images are original, do not infringe on any third party’s rights, and that participant has obtained any necessary permissions from any third party if a third party or third party’s property appears in the photograph. Participants must not infringe on the rights of any other photographer or person. All photos should accurately reflect the subject matter and the scene as it appeared. Photos that have been digitally altered beyond standard optimization (removal of dust, cropping, adjustments to color and contrast, etc.) will be disqualified. Photographs to Submit: • Photos that feature a Siberian Indian Dog • Photos may contain people as long as permissions have been granted for use and publication of image by person(s) featured • Photos that show your SID in classic cuteness, poses, with a holiday theme, etc. Legal stuff: By submitting an image to the Siberian Indian Dog Club for consideration you hereby grant permission and rights to store, display, and use the image, its thumbnails, and your name as the photographer, on the Siberian Indian Dog Club or associated sponsoring websites and in any of its advertising or promotional materials, printed, on-line, and on television without compensation. Entrants retain ownership and all other rights to future use of their photographs.
