PIA-3/BATAAN: About 300 persons with disability will receive free wheelchairs and walkers as the Provincial Council on Disability Affairs tie up with the Church of Latter-day Saints in helping the marginalized sector. The beneficiaries will receive canes, crutches, strollers, and quadcanes as part of the three-year master plan to help PWDs. In a recent meeting, the council planned to construct the master plan together with the Task Force Mobility and Assistive Devices, the specially formed team to lead the provision of the devices.
