TO DISCUSS STATUS OF OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE. 2. TO DISCUSS POLICY ON RENTING OF APARTMENTS IN PLATINUM CITY. 3. ANY OTHER MATTER WITH THE PERMISSION OF THE CHAIR. Anil Kumar SECRETARY EXPLANATORY STATEMENT A representation has been received by Platinum City Residents Forum (PCRF) from residents asking PCRF to convene an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the residents to discuss the problems faced by them due to apartments being occupied by students and Bachelors. Recently a Company – "Rooman Technologies" have taken 7 apartments on rent and have put up 60 students who are undergoing training in their company at Rajajinagar. And few more flats that have been rented out apart from Rooman Technologies, which houses groups of trouble making Bachelors. Also at the same time Masala Mantra has again given out 4 floors to students and nearly 150 students are staying there. These students are again undergoing training at an Institute nearby. This has created a huge security concern and risk in the complex as we have no control on the movement of people in the complex. The atmosphere in the complex has/ (also gotten worse) deteriorated as these boys are many times found going round / sitting in groups smoking / talking loudly and causing a lot of disturbances and noise late at night Considering the above the following resolution is proposed to be passed after discussion: 1. The apartments should not be rented out to students / bachelors – in groups. 2. The rent agreement copy along with the address and Identity proof of the tenant should be given to IBC and PCRF office before they shift. 3. The tenant should pay Rs 2500 to PCRF before entry in the complex for use of infrastructure. The same amount will be collected when the tenant vacates. This amount is collected to rectify the damage done to lifts and walls during shifting. 4. To stop all commercial activity in Platinum City. 5. The club house to be used only for residents and not to be rented out to outsiders or for any function which is mainly used by outsiders. SECRETARY
