PLEASE READ! ANYONE ATTENDING OUR SMASH TOURNAMENTS! WE DO NOT NEED YOUR MONITORS! We do need Wii U and Project M setups! Anyone who brings a setup will be exempt from paying the door fee (up to a certain number of people). Please remember there is NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK (except water bottles!). You are free to order pizza from Dominoes, or get food from The Ref. We have energy drinks and snacks available at the front counter for sale. If we see any food not permitted, we will not hesitate to throw it away. WE DONT HAVE SPACE FOR $20 BILL PAYMENTS FOR DOOR FEES! For the venue fee, please try to pay with bills smaller than $20. We only have so much cash on hand and cannot afford to break everyones $20 bills. This will help speed up the process and will get you to your gaming quicker! Please refrain from playing friendly matches or playing more matches after your set is over, unless the TO says it is OK. We have many people coming who are running on a tight schedule, so we need things to go orderly and fast, If we have enough space for friendlies we will be sure to set up a station or two. Please listen for your name when your matches are called (Yes, the mic will be louder than last time). If you are still in a certain tournament, please DO NOT leave the venue for any reason, other than an emergency. You will be disqualified if you do not show up for your match after 10 minutes, NO EXCEPTIONS! We will be overlapping events, so even if Wii U doubles are still happening, there will also be singles games going on as well. We also need Wii U and Project M setups, so if you have some, please bring them! PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR MONITORS!!! Our TVs at Black Wolf are going to work for this event so we have no need of other monitors. You will NOT be compensated for bringing an HDTV and we cannot be held responsible for any damaged equipment! We are extremely excited to be hosting this event for you and cant wait to see all the awesome competition and fantastic plays. The doors open at 1pm, so be sure to show up.
