This is Twyla 22 (right) and Amber 20(left) with their brother Dalton. Twyla has had kidney and bladder issues since birth. The Dr. thought Twyla would have required a transplant by the age of 13. Twyla has below 20% function in one kidney and has been on dialysis at the age of 22. Her sister, Amber Wells 20 years old ( just married) is a perfect match and is donating one of her kidneys on July 1, 2014. They have to be in Houston, TX for 5 weeks for the surgery as well as follow up care. They have a couple fund raisers right now hoping to support their trip and stay. The residential cost alone is $3600/month in addition to food, gas, and certain medical needs. There will be two family members staying with them for entire stay to assist in every way possible.
