PLEASE READ!!!!!!! I am soo mad. so I went to the GMC dealership to see about trading my car in for a new one b/c of the severity of recalls on my car. they were so busy tryna sell me a car rather that fixing the one that I have first and getting me squared away with a loaner then lets talk trade-in value, so on and so forth. anyway, so I took a buick verano home to see if I liked it. they told me to bring it back today and if I liked it we would go ahead with the bank financing.( the Cadillac didnt work out cuz over $500 a month for a car is ridiculous to me no matter what kind of car it is) when I got there I informed them that the car was too small( the verano) and that I wanted to keep lookin but I was not ready to just settle for the first thing I see. wen I got there my car was still not looked at regarding my recall situation and there was no loaner cars available. so I was like fine let me keep the car that I have now until u get a loaner. they were like oh the car u have is already sold. I was like excuse me? why did u even have me lookin, driving or further more doin paperwork on this vehicle if u already had a committed buyer. they couldnt answer my question. so I asked them what would they have done if I would have returned and said lets go ahead and talk to the bank b/c I want the car. again, silence. they sold the car from up under me.smh (so disturbing) I was livid. so with the recall that I have on my car that killed 12ppl they could not accommodate my needs and gave me my keys and let me drive off in my car knowing the risks. I will have GMC head if anything happens to me while im in my car. I will be calling the BBB bout this b/c that was some the most terrible customer service I have ever had. plz tell me anything if u know anything about what I should do now. GMC will never get my business ever b/c they truly DO NOT value their customers.
