PLEASE SHARE: Can you help Surrey Police? Do you know anything about how a man suffered serious head injuries in Walton-on-the-Hill on July 20? A £2,000 reward is now on offer with the help of independent charity Crimestoppers. At around 12.30am on Sunday 20 July a man was found lying injured in the middle of Breech Lane with head injuries and was taken to St Georges Hospital in Tooting where he remains in a serious condition. An appeal for information after the incident revealed that an altercation and a chase on foot involving the victim and another male took place before he was found. Senior Investigating Officer Detective Inspector Sailesh Limbachia said: The injuries sustained by the man in this incident were very serious and we remain committed to finding out exactly what happened to him that night. I hope the reward on offer from the independent charity Crimestoppers will help in bringing further information to light. We believe there were people in the area at the time who may have seen what happened or heard afterwards about what happened and we would urge them to come forward and tell us what they know.
