Please contact person below in email if you can help this dog! *********************************************** Miniature Pincher help requested. I am with the Al-Van Humane Society in South Haven, MI. We currently have a dog in our care we are looking for rescue help with. The dog’s name is Boogie and she came to us in January after she was left behind in a rented home. Boogie is about five years old, she is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations, as well she tested negative for heartworms and is currently on preventative. Boogie is a very loyal dog who defiantly chooses her people, she can be owner possessive at times, but not to a point of aggression. Boogie does not like to be picked up, but loves to be in your lap whenever possible. She would do best in a home without small children due to her tendency to nip at people who try and pick her up. We are taking her in to be examined by a veterinarian later this week to see if she has any medical issues or sensitivity with her stomach that makes her nip when she is touched there. Boogie has done okay with other dogs and is currently in a foster home with a large lab. We are willing to help transport the animal.
