PLEASE SHARE OSCAR♡♡ Oscar is currently in foster in Lincolnshire after his adoption failed. This boy is loving and affectionate but can be giddy and excitable. ... He sadly through no fault of his own hasnt yet learnt the skills most dogs his age would have. He can when he is excited jump up and does still mouth as he would another dog..... we assume because dogs have been the only real companions on the streets of Romania and in the shelters he has had growing up. He really is a wonderfully loving fellow that needs a very loving and patient new Mum or Dad who are prepared to start from the very begining with him. Oscar would be happiest in a home with no small furries and maybe a submissive non aggressive canine companion to mentor him a little. Definitely no children as Oscar due to his size might unintentionally cause injury.
